Ticket price includes dinner and two pre-arranged flights with 5 beers each. This ticket is for the 8pm seating.

- First Course: Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Lemon, Pine Nuts, Pecorino, Balsamic Glaze
- Main Course: Beef Short Rib with Pumpkin Purée and Braised Greens
- Dessert: Sour Apple Crisp with Creme Anglaise
