Featuring Hahn Family wines from Central California, we will be highlighting Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon and Hahn Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Chef has carfeully crafted a tasting menu that includes a Cod fillet with roasted cauliflower and raisin chutney, pork tacos with pickled carrots, watermelon radish and a chili mayonnaise and a charred Prime burger slider with Gruyere cheese.
